Belly Dance is an ageless art form that embraces women of all ages and body types. It's an effective and fun way to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility and energize your body. No previous dance experience required!
Classes are designed for an excellent full body workout…
WHAT TO BRING?
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Coin belts are recommended. (limited supply available for purchase)
Dancing in bare feet is recommended.
Bring lots of water!!

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Classes are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles (especially our arms, hips, thighs, glutes and abs!!!) and increase our cardio training through the fun and fulfilling art of bellydance.
All classes are taught in a friendly, non-judmental environment with an emphasis on fun and fitness!!!
